How To Backup Iphone 5s To Computer

On your computer, open iTunes.
To set up Wi-Fi syncing, connect your iPhone to your computer with the included USB cable. Click the Device button in the upper left corner.
Note: If you are viewing the iTunes Store, click the Library button in the upper right corner. The device button will then be visible.
From the Summary tab, select the checkbox next to Sync with this iPhone over Wi-Fi then select Apply to save your preferences.
Note: Whenever the computer and the iPhone are on the same network, the iPhone will appear in iTunes, and you can sync it. The iPhone will sync automatically when the iPhone is plugged in to power, iTunes is open on the computer, and the iPhone and the computer are on the same Wi-Fi network.
While the iPhone appears in the upper left corner of iTunes, you can select the Content tabs and configure sync options for each as desired.
Click Sync to sync the iPhone.

To backup content from iTunes to a new device, select Restore Backup from the Summary tab and follow the prompts.
