I always found that it was 7lbs to drib a dress size.

I think it depends on your shape and how much you need to loose overall and whether y'all exercise. I went to Weight Watchers a few years ago and lost nearly 2 rock (I had a lot to lose) simply didn't go down a dress size. I left WW and so because we adopted ds, but I stayed the same weight for ages and dropped a dress size a few months later without losing anymore weight. I thik the fatty only rearranged itself with all the walking I was doing.

Yes I idea that prog terminal night with the glammy blondes cooking lower cal celeb recipes was a tad misleading. The 'victim' lost seven lbs merely IMO that isn't a wearing apparel size smaller (she just had a meliorate apron grin ). In my WeightWatching and general dieting feel information technology is normally effectually a stone at least to go downwardly a size.
